Job Description
Real Estate & Transactions
Draft and negotiate real estate contracts (leases, sales, partnerships, construction, etc.)
Support acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
Structure transactions and manage due diligence processes
Coordinate and manage external legal counsel
Project & Business Support
Advise project developers and country directors on legal aspects
Support development projects from structuring to execution
Participate in bidding processes and project set-ups
Corporate & Additional Exposure
Handle corporate structuring and housekeeping
Draft shareholders' agreements and manage SPVs
Contribute to compliance and internal legal organization if interested
Litigation
Manage disputes and liaise with external counsel
The Successful Applicant
Master\'s degree in Law (Belgian university)
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate law (law firm, developer or similar)
Strong experience in real estate transactions and contracting
Exposure to corporate law; tax sensitivity is a plus
Urban planning knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
Languages
Fluent French (deal language)
Strong English (corporate environment)
Dutch is a plus
