Now, they are looking for an experienced Management Consultant to join the expanding team in their Brussels office in Belgium. In the role, you will be solely responsible for servicing clients and providing strategic insights per their needs. The role also offers a unique opportunity to delve into different industrial sectors and provide business insights and strategic plans to clients.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Communicate with key decision-makers at all levels while achieving maximum impact
* Provide continuous feedback, with a desire to grow and gain trust

* Accomplish success by advising clients and management and executing multiple tasks
* Lead exciting projects and communicate with clients
Candidate Profile for Management Consultant
The ideal candidate will have:
* Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or any related field
* 3-8 years of experience in operational excellence, lean management, or related field, preferably in a consulting capacity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage with all levels of the organisation by blending IQ and EQ effortlessly
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, juggling multiple projects and priorities
* Willingness to travel to client sites, as required
