The Data & AI Tribe - the centralized data & analytics team in Telenet’s agile at-scale organization – is responsible for creating data products that turn data into a competitive advantage: every interaction with our customer is hyperpersonalized, every important customer experience is made smarter by AI and every key decision we make is informed by data.
Within the Data & AI tribe, the analytics team is responsible for co-creating transformative AI products together with the business through intelligence building and experimentation. Creating value proof-points and sustainable solutions are in the core of our DNA. We cover the full scope of Telenet: hyperpersonalized marketing campaigns, customer experience transformation, smart network roll-out and maintenance, smart in-home connectivity, … We are a multi-disciplinary team (+/- 35 members) consisting of data strategists, data scientists, MLOPS engineers and CRM & data analysts.
Your Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ideate: You bring thought leadership on Artificial Intelligence and are able to define new opportunities in existing and new AI products
2. Define: You are accountable for the definition, development, maintenance and SLAs of AI products that help to solve a specific business need
3. Plan: You shape and negotiate (with business stakeholders) a clear roadmap for the AI products within your scope
4. Execute: You steer and challenge multi-disciplinary analytics teams to build these data products and communicate about the results to senior management
5. Coach: Together with our talent lead, you coach our data specialists to bring them to the next level (personal growth is key in our data organization
Your profile
You have strong data, business and leadership skills:
6. Strategic thinking has no secrets for you
7. A sharp understanding of how data can be used to drive the business.
8. Strong storyteller skills and the ability to deliver a message with impact to senior leadership
9. Excellent negotiating and influencing skills to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
10. Ability to lead and coach multiple small teams of data experts
11. A strong background in management consulting is a (big) plus, with valued skillset incl. slide writing, business cases, prioritization, project management, stakeholder management, written communication and presentation skills (pyramid principle)
12. You have a can-do mentality, an agile mindset and experience with dealing with change in an organization.
13. You speak English and Dutch fluently.
14. You have a Master or equal by experience, and 10-15 years of relevant experience (management consulting, data strategy, data science, product management).
