Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading softwarepany based in Waterloo. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues related to software downloads, license keys, and entitlements. You will ensure a seamless post-purchase experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Your new role
1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment, product knowledge and other technical issues
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues using internal tools and ticketing systems.
3. Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Product) to resolveplex customer issues.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on satisfaction and resolution.
8. Familiarity with a Ticketing system and/or SAP would be considered an asset.
9. 2-3 years of experience handling order workflows, including validation, fulfillment, and follow-up.
10. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Technical aptitude or familiarity with software
