We are currently looking for a
Junior Project Cybersecurity Manager in our nicely located office in Charleroi - Belgium.
Your mission?
You will be managing Cybersecurity activities during the assigned Project (cutomer contract execution).
Key accountabilities:
1. Supports definition, planning and execution of cybersecurity activities during Project execution
2. Assists in collecting cybersecurity needs, laws, and customer constraints
3. Prepares elements of Cybersecurity Context & Risk Analysis under supervision
4. Supports cascading of cyber requirements to suppliers and contributes to 3rd‑party risk evaluation
5. Helps track cybersecurity deliverables (Cost/Quality/Delay)
6. Supports vulnerability follow‑up and incident action plans
7. Write/review project documentation
8. Interfaces with engineering, V&V, external suppliers
9. Supports reports to Project Manager & Region Cybersecurity
10. Evaluates Project achieved Cybersecurity level
Autonomy and Behaviours:
11. Works under close supervision of Confirmed/Senior PCyM
12. Executes assigned tasks reliably with structured methodology
13. Able to interface with project team and cyber engineers
14. Demonstrates learning curve in Quality, Cost, Delay and stakeholder coordination
Performance measurements:
15. Successful onboarding into project cybersecurity management
16. Demonstrates reliable delivery of assigned cybersecurity tasks
17. Increased autonomy on defined perimeter
18. Dynamic, autonomous. Creativity and ability to work in a complex environment
Your profile?
To be considered for this role, you would need to have the following:
19. Engineer in degree level and Engineering background
20. Foundational cybersecurity knowledge
21. Basic understanding of Cybersecurity standards ISO2700x, IEC 62443, NIST,
22. Understanding of risk analysis and basic cybersecurity architecture concepts
23. Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis
24. Awareness of project Quality Cost Delivery processes and project lifecycle
25. Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems and associated programming languages
26. Experience in embedded or industrial systems (like railway / aeronautics ...) – mandatory
27. Cybersecurity certification such as: GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM – desirable.
