About the role
Seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Supply Chain Manager to scale-up production of a critical component (PTL) for green hydrogen. Responsible for building and optimizing the supply chain for our new MEA business. Join our team and make a significant impact in the green hydrogen industry.

6. You will translate the business strategy into a supply chain strategy, implement this in the plants, ensuring required customer service levels while balancing cost and cash
7. You will lead the S&OP cycle and realize with key stakeholders in sales and operations the S&OP process objectives for the different plants (4 locations worldwide & expanding)
8. You will optimize and further develop worldwide supply network to meet growth ambition in close collaboration with procurement, process and technology teams
9. You will adapt, drive, and deploy digital supply chain process tools and embed in the planning team
10. You will strongly cooperate with procurement in developing and managing suppliers and subcontractors in supply network
11. You will guarantee supply chain environmental, social, economical sustainability in the plants and supply network.
About You
Essential skills & competencies
12. You have relevant work experience (5-10 years) in supply chain, driving S&OP in business context
13. You have University Masters Degree (business administration, engineering)
14. You have passion for digitization
15. Good understanding of all supply chain processes, deep knowledge of strategical, tactical, and operational supply chain processes while showing hands on approach
16. Entrepreneurial spirit
17. Strong communication and coaching skills
18. Strong time management and organizational skills
