Shift Manager - Mechelen Region - Permanent Role - Dutch Fluency Required
I'm partnered with a client in the food manufacturing industry who are urgently looking for a Shift Manager to take over responsibility for their automated production lines and management of the bakery team.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure and monitor the smooth production of their automated lines.
* Management of the shift teams.
* Monitor the quality of the food being produced in the process.
* Occasionally operating the installations throughout the entire process.
* Identifying and reporting technical faults to the maintenance department.
* Team administration tasks, such as holiday approval and short/long term staffing arrangements.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree related to a technical or food related field.
* Experience as a shift lead/manager/supervisor, ideally in food production or a similar environment.
* Capable when it comes to organisational & managerial tasks.
* Dutch & English Fluency is Mandatory in this role.
