In a International & innovative environment the Competence Center Manager will :
✅ Manage the product knowledge base for After Sales usage.
✅ Organize the 24/7 Helpdesk function to support regional field service teams, direct customers, and integrators.
✅ Build and develop the second-level competence team (technology experts).
✅ Create and manage technical documentation for legal compliance and optimize knowledge for service & customer operations.
✅ Drive the feedback loop from the field to R&D & engineering to improve reliability and serviceability.
✅ Organize and manage the technical training center for internal and external customers.

Qualifications
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience) but more than a degree, we are looking for personality and experience
✔ Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role within an industrial environment.
✔ Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple projects.
✔ Languages: Dutch & English fluently spoken and written.
