What You Will Do
* Develop new business opportunities within the Belgian IT market
* Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and technology leaders
* Identify hiring challenges and propose tailored IT staffing solutions
* Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
* Collaborate closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful placements
* Expand market visibility through LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
* Contribute insights on market trends, client needs, and growth opportunities
What You Bring
* 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT staffing, recruitment, consulting, or IT services
* Good understanding of the Belgian IT recruitment or technology landscape
* Experience interacting with hiring managers, HR teams, or technology stakeholders
* Ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative mindset
* Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment
* Fluent English communication skills; French and/or Dutch are strong assets
