Your Role
As an ASIC Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex semiconductor development projects from concept to production. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects meet technical requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Leading and coordinating the full lifecycle of ASIC development projects, from initial specification through design, verification, validation, and production release
* Building and maintaining comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, risks, resources, and budget
* Driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams including architecture, design, verification, physical implementation, test, quality, and supply chain
* Identifying, tracking, and effectively mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
* Managing communication with internal stakeholders and external partners such as IP vendors, design houses, foundries, and test labs
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or equivalent experience
* Strong understanding of the ASIC development flow (specification, RTL/analog design, verification, DFT, physical implementation, qualification)
* 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or hardware development with demonstrated project management experience
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
* Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work effectively with remote or external partners
