Business Development Executive – Belgium
2 days remote (3 days travel)
Join a global company at the forefront of specialist logistics and supply chain solutions. They support some of the world’s most critical industries with tailored, time-sensitive services, and they’re growing their presence across Belgium.
They're looking for a commercially-minded sales professional with 2–5 years’ experience to help drive new business and deepen relationships with strategic accounts. This role combines autonomy, collaboration, and long-term customer development.
What you'll do:
* Identify and close new business opportunities across the region
* Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Work cross-functionally with technical and operations teams to shape customer solutions
* Actively contribute to sales planning and market insight
* Work collaboratively with the wider commercial functions across Europe & attend workshops/seminars.
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
* Fluent in Dutch/French and English
* Strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Experience in logistics/supply chain (Is preferred).
