About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Planning department, you will be responsible for scheduling all preventive and corrective maintenance on our fleet.
Your primary goal will be to create a balanced aircraft maintenance input plan, taking into account various factors such as maintenance task limits and due dates, hangar space availability, aircraft downtime, manpower availability, parts and tooling availability, and third-party availability if required.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan short- and long-term maintenance events, working closely with our MROs and internal parties such as Operations Control Centre, Maintenance Control Centre, and Network Planning.
* Compile work orders and task cards to work packages, considering constraints like due dates, resources, skills/qualifications, parts, and technical constraints.
* Create a long-term maintenance plan to avoid aircraft being grounded, using maintenance staggering programmes.
* Coordinate with external parties for specialized outsourcing, such as landing gear and engine repair, composite repair, cleaning, etc.
* Analyze forecasts and schedule maintenance tasks like EO's, SB's, MEL Items, AD's, and life time components.
* Monitor and adjust the planning daily, in case of unforeseen events.
* Calculate forecasts based on operations and control maintenance limits.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (holding a P66 license).
* A minimum of 2 years of working experience in an aviation maintenance or CAMO environment.
* Strong knowledge of (technical) English and Dutch verbal and written skills. French is an advantage.
* Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with AMOS and good knowledge of EASA regulations, aircraft technical courses, and experience with A330 & A32F would be considered assets.
