General Manager – Spain (Packaging Industry)

We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead our Spanish subsidiary within an international packaging group. This role has full P&L responsibility and oversees operations, sales, finance, and technical teams in a lean, flat organization.
Key focus:
* Drive sales strategy and profitable growth
* Manage cost-efficient, lean operations
* Lead senior, cross-functional teams
* Develop strong customer relationships in food & HORECA packaging
* Act as key interface with international HQ
Requirements:
* Solid experience in packaging (food industry preferred) as Managing Director.
* Cross-functional, pragmatic leadership style
* Experience managing P&L and technical + commercial teams
* Fluent English & Spanish
