Tasks and Responsibilities Identifying relevant newservices for post offices through benchmarks, trend analyses, andconsumer research. Building and maintaining relationships withpotential partners across various sectors. Negotiating win wincommercial agreements with third parties. Rolling out newservices in post offices, considering staff training needs, thedevelopment of new tools and/or formats, and necessary marketingplans. Achieving revenue ambitions from new income streams. Following up on and managing ongoing partnerships on a day to daybasis. Leading the "Service Center of the Future" track withinthe overall transformation plan of bpost Belgium. Jouw profiel You combine strong program management skills with leadership andinfluencing capabilities. Master''s degree or equivalentexperience. 8 to 10 years of experience managing significantbusiness initiatives. Thorough knowledge of project and processmanagement. Your analytical approach allows you to quicklyunderstand industries and build business cases by diving deep intodetails, while maintaining a clear overview to make yourconclusions highly understandable. Your commercial mindsetenables you to understand the needs of your counterparts and craftcreative solutions for mutually beneficial deals. Sufficientcredibility and authority to build relationships with seniorstakeholders inside and outside the organization. Resilient underpressure and reliable.
