For our Internal Sales department, we are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor.
What challenges do we have for you?
* You are the daily first point of contact for customers with commercial and technical questions.
* You follow up on orders from A to Z and take full end responsibility for them.
* You quickly sense your customers’ needs and analyze them efficiently to provide the best possible support.
* You gain energy from results and service: growing customer turnover and satisfied customers give you satisfaction.
* You communicate smoothly with internal teams (presales, sales, planning, accounting, logistics, etc.) to consistently find the best solution for your customers.
* You contribute to continuous improvement projects that help customers faster, smarter, and with higher quality order processing.
* During a six-month on-the-job training program, you will become familiar with the internal processes and products of MCC Global IML, ensuring a strong start.
What talent are we looking for?
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
* You communicate fluently in Dutch, English, German and/or Spanish;
* You work in a results-driven, solution-oriented, and customer-focused way, both independently and in a team;
