XLR is a fast-growing company in the audio-visual sector. We, based in Brussels, are seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand our commercial activities in the Netherlands and strengthen its presence in this key market.

Job Description

* Business Development: Identify new opportunities and build strong partnerships with clients and distributors across the Netherlands.
* Product Promotion: Represent and promote high-end solutions, including immersive audio systems, directional microphones, advanced amplifiers, and lighting technologies.
* Customer Relations: Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
* Market Engagement: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to showcase XLR’s portfolio and expertise.
* Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with the Brussels-based team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.


Personal competences

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual or technology sector.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Familiarity with the Dutch market and a willingness to travel regularly.


Required studies

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.


Language knowledge

* Dutch (very good)
* English (good)


Work experience

At least 5 years of experience.
