Change Management Professional
We seek a highly skilled Change Manager to lead our IT Change Management process. This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining the process, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives.
About this role
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in change management for technology-driven projects, with a proven track record of managing complex changes. You will convene and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (eCAB), providing complete information for informed decision-making.
Your responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the IT Change Management process.
* Convene and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (eCAB).
* Establish a comprehensive change management process for IT systems and services.
* Coordinate monitoring of all activities/tasks during the change process.
* Plan and conduct Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and manage Emergency Change Advisory Boards (eCABs).
* Ensure interfaces to other ITSM processes and procedures are maintained.
* Provide stakeholder engagement and advisory services.
* Advise stakeholders on the Change Management process.
* Minimize risk through careful coordination and quality assurance.
* Plan and conduct training and workshops for stakeholders.
* Prepare learning materials and knowledge articles.
* Maintain documentation for the Change Management process.
* Guide and support operational teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science.
* At least five years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change management.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM module and ITIL processes.
* Extensive knowledge of ITSM applications and ITIL processes with an ITIL v4 Foundation certificate or higher.
* Strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex environments.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to develop and maintain process documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven track record of working in multinational organizations.
* Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
* Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and ability to deliver timely and high-quality results.
