These collaborations are carried out within an ethical, professional framework, focused on quality and tangible impact.
Within the project management unit, working closely with the Security & Privacy Operational Taskforce (SPOT) and under the supervision of the Information Security Advisor, the NIS2 Project Manager oversees a portfolio of three cross-functional cybersecurity-oriented projects:

You have the following skills :
9. Scoping & Planning: define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, detailed planning, workload estimation, and communication plans for each project.
10. Budget & Financial Management: establish and monitor budgets, negotiate funding with sponsors, perform variance analysis (actual vs forecast costs), and ensure ROI control.
11. Risk & Dependency Management: maintain a structured RAID log, manage inter-project dependencies, anticipate critical paths, and trigger mitigation plans.
12. Operational Steering & Reporting: lead governance bodies (Steering Committees, workshops, COPOR, CODIR), consolidate executive reporting, and formalize cost–time–quality trade-offs.
13. Cybersecurity Stream Coordination: oversee, in collaboration with SPOT, key security initiatives (SIEM/SOC traceability, business continuity RTO/RPO/DRP/BCP) and ensure their integration into the overall roadmap.
Methodology & Tools
