Description: As a successful Key Account Manager for surgical and infection prevention products, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the hospital sector within assigned regions.
* Promote and sell surgical and infection prevention products tailored for healthcare professionals within operating rooms and sterilized areas.
* Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, ensuring product cross-selling, negotiating contracts, and providing expert advice to healthcare professionals.
* Act as an expert on surgical and infection prevention products, providing training and advice to healthcare professionals.
* Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales targets.
* Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals within hospitals in assigned regions.
* Discuss with KOLs to promote the surgical and infection prevention products portfolio.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close agreements to maximize profits, including tender management responsibilities.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
* A degree in nursing, life sciences, business, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales within the medical/pharmaceutical sector.
* Previous experience as a nurse and strong knowledge of operating room practices.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Strong presentation and training skills.
* You should be autonomous, independent, with a nice team spirit.
* Fluency in French, English, and a good knowledge of Dutch.
