As an IT Operations specialist, your responsibilities include:
Be part of a big migration project in the insurance sector!Documentation of operational processes and proceduresMonitoring and follow-up of enterprise applications flowsCreation and maintenance of Control-M flowsReview and implementation of changes as assigned by team managementUnderstanding and advising on operational flows interdependenciesProvision of support to incident managementParticipation in the operational scheduling upgrade and migrationTaking a proactive role in advising improvements to ensure operational efficiencyBeing the first line in the escalation procedureIntegrate the shift based 6:00 to 21:00 x 365 environment's SLA
Requirements:
Familiar with Linux / Db2 / scriptingExperience with batch scheduling tools is an assetAbility to communicate in English AND French or Dutch fluentAn autonomous team player, taking ownership, and a result-oriented mindset is keyGood communication and documentation skillsAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines
