AND IN DETAIL
We're seeking a highly skilled IT Security professional to take on the role of Product Owner for our Windows and Linux Security Squad. As a key player in our team, you'll drive the squad's activities, including managing the lifecycle of our security assets, such as Red Hat IdM, Active Directory, and Microsoft Identity Manager, as well as configuring security monitoring tools and maintaining in-house solutions.
You'll also be responsible for hardening operating systems, conducting security monitoring and analysis of security events, and contributing to the migration of our assets to the group's cloud infrastructure. Additionally, you'll provide third-line security support and incident response for authentication, authorization, and vulnerability issues, and support Critical Asset Recovery and DORA initiatives.
A key aspect of this role is driving risk and vulnerability management, including taking action to close risks and vulnerabilities, contributing to audit campaigns and control plans, and reporting to management and other stakeholders. YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in IT security, combined with excellent soft skills and a passion for learning. We're looking for individuals with:
* A bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience) and a proven ability to quickly absorb new information
* Excellent technical writing, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* A team-oriented mindset, with autonomy, commitment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* A conceptual thinking approach to analysis and problem-solving
From a technical perspective, you'll need in-depth knowledge of:
* Active Directory and Red Hat IDM
* Linux and Windows security (OS)
* Authentication (including Kerberos) and authorization
* IAM solutions and IT security principles and best practices
* IAM provisioning tools like Microsoft Identity Manager and IBM Security Directory Integrator
While not mandatory, experience with the following would be a significant advantage:
* Cloud and networking security
* Scripting languages like PowerShell and C#
* Entra AD
* IAM provisioning tools like Sailpoint and SCIM protocol
In terms of experience, we're looking for professionals with:
* Proven experience in the Windows and Linux Security domain in large environments
* Proven experience with Agile methodologies, ideally as a Product Owner or similar role
Language skills:
* Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory, both spoken and written
* Decent knowledge of French is preferred, and Dutch is a plus
