The Payroll and HR Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, adhering to local laws, company standards, and best practices. Key responsibilities include handling employees' administrative questions and claims, providing administrative support to the Proximity Development Partner, and contributing to various projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in payroll administration. Strong communication skills in Dutch and French are essential, with good English proficiency an asset. Stress resistance, attention to detail, and accuracy are vital qualities for success in this role. Additionally, current knowledge of laws and regulations related to payroll administration is required.
