* You hold a technical secondary degree (A2) with a focus on mechanics or a Bachelor's degree in aviation or similar
* Deep knowledge of aircraft engines is second nature to you.
* Very good knowledge of technical English, French is a plus
* You thrive under pressure, taking ownership and making critical decisions when every second counts.
* You are a flexible professional who easily adapts to the fast-paced, evolving nature of the hangar.
* You enjoy working in a diverse, multilingual team where supporting your colleagues is a priority.
* You are ready to work in a rotating 2-shift system (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).
* You possess a valid permit to work legally within Belgium.
Tasks
* Perform meticulous visual and dimensional assessments on dismantled engine components to ensure the highest safety standards.
* Expertly assess component conditions categorizing as serviceable, repairable, or scrap and trigger the necessary follow-up workflows.
* Safeguard aviation compliance by accurately documenting and finalizing all technical tasks within the ERP system.
* Oversee incoming and final inspections for repaired or newly purchased parts, acting as the final gatekeeper for quality.
* Take the lead in time-critical situations, making decisive, high-impact choices to keep operations moving safely and efficiently.
