JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Talent Development Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring individual employee development enabling organizational growth. In close collaboration with individuals and management, you focus on the implementation of development programs/ tasks that align with business goals and promote continuous learning.
This role requires a proactive approach to career development, coaching to ensure our talent thrives in a fast-changing environment. In building top talent and the leaders of tomorrow, you will:
Employee Growth & Development
* Motivate and inspire colleagues to grow in line with company values.
* Develop and implement tailored development plans.
* Providing support and guidance on development paths for employees at all levels, identifying growth opportunities.
Learning & Training Initiatives
* Design and execute learning initiatives, including training programs, mentoring, and coaching structures.
* Promote a learning culture by organizing workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other development initiatives.
* Utilize HR analytics to track employee development progress and measure the impact of learning interventions.
Strategic Collaboration
* Work closely with Chief People Officer and managers to assess skill gaps and create development roadmaps aligned with business needs.
* Support the Chief People Officer to build a robust talent pipeline and succession planning framework.
Performance & Career Support
* Facilitate performance and career conversations, ensuring employees receive continuous feedback and development opportunities.
* Support employees in navigating internal career paths and identifying cross-functional growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain trust through professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility, and commitment.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent development, applying them within the organization.
Who are we looking for?
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, talent development, or learning & development.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with experience in career counseling and professional growth strategies.
A basic understanding of technology, IT, and innovations in the data and AI workspace is essential, enabling you to align talent development strategies with the evolving needs of our tech-driven organization.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and insights for decision-making.
Experience in designing and delivering learning programs and career frameworks.
Familiarity with HR technology and tools used for learning and development.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
Agile and innovative mindset with a passion for employee development and continuous learning.
You are able to communicate in Dutch and English fluently.
