Team/division description
You will be part of the Process & Systems Department. This position offers you insights into the supply chain of the automotive business and purchasing processes and systems. It will also provide you with a better understanding of how a leading multinational operates and interacts with various internal and external parties.
Your project
Increase the adoption of digital process & AI with transparency and accountability within purchasing division:
1. Map out existing Purchasing processes
2. Identify digitalisation opportunities and potential technologies
3. Work closely with purchasing users and IT department to implement change to process
4. Manage implementation of process change (requirements, testing, rollout communication)
5. Support maintaining key Purchasing KPI’s, company reports
6. Support Purchasing systems troubleshooting activities
Your Profile
7. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
8. Student at Technical High School. University, Graduate
9. Interested in analysing problems and working with new technology
10. Curious, analytical, accurate and reliable
11. Good knowledge of MS Office tools
12. Can apply business analysis skills (. bpmn) to visualise process, high light gaps and show improvements
13. You can apply critical thinking
14. Experience in AI, bots is a plus
