As a Service Engineer – Plant Operations, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the entire "Support & Improvement" aspect in the domain of Business Applications. Function You support key users and deliver high-quality service across all business communities. You focus on plant operations (production, quality, supply chain, specs, procurement, technical service) and guard integration with logistics, automation and finance. You provide group-level support for all La Lorraine Bakery Group entities. You organize knowledge-transfer sessions after go-lives and expansions. You maintain process and system documentation in the interactive IT knowledge platform. You strengthen community know-how through training, updated documentation, and managing roles/authorizations. Youbtest applications, resolve incidents, improve recurring issues, and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. You build strong stakeholder relationships and support rollout projects for growth. After a six-month onboarding period, you will be included in the on-call duty service (24x7). This will be for a maximum of one week per month You will work from the headquarters in one of the home countries of LLBG (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Kladno, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, …) and you will report to the Business Applications Team Service Lead Plant Operations. Your Profile You have a master’s degree or equivalent by experience. You have experience with an ERP system and knowledge of at least one plant operations module (production, quality, planning, …). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MES systems is a strong plus. Genuine interest in all roles, activities and systems within plant operations. You have an analytical mind, process-oriented and you are a conceptual thinker You are results- and goal-oriented and never lose sight of deadlines. You are service-minded, hands-on, and able to communicate clearly in English and Dutch with diverse stakeholders. You enjoy sharing knowledge, training others, expanding your expertise.
