The role of an Administrative Assistant is a vital position within any organization, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. This full-time on-site position is located in Beveren-Waas and involves various day-to-day tasks including providing administrative support, managing phone calls, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include executive administrative and commercial tasks as well as various clerical duties to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
