What you will do
In this role, you support end-to-end data initiatives across business and technical teams. You will:
* Collect, clean and transform data from various sources.
* Build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
* Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
* Support or develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and contribute to cloud-based data environments.
* Model datasets and design efficient, scalable data structures.
* Identify patterns, trends and insights that support business decisions.
* Collaborate with analysts, IT teams and business stakeholders.
* Improve data quality, documentation and data governance practices.
* Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Who you are
We look beyond the CV. For us, motivation and curiosity matter just as much as the technical box-ticking, but to thrive in this role, you'll likely recognise yourself in most of the following:
* A Master's degree.
* At least 1 to 2 years of experience in data management or a similar field.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one analytics or visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau or Excel).
* Understanding of data modelling, data structures and relational databases.
* The ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
* A proactive, accurate and curious mindset.
* Experience in cloud environments is a plus.
* Fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in French as an advantage.
