The RoleAs a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base across Europe and the US. You'll engage with mid-size and large industrial companies in manufacturing, maintenance, and life sciences, helping them discover how our smart glasses solutions can transform their operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career in an innovative tech scale-up while working with cutting-edge wearable technology.

Your ResponsibilitiesFollow up on inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound prospectingDeliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase the practical benefits of our smart glass solutionsBuild relationships with potential customers and understand their operational challengesManage leads through the sales pipeline from initial contact to pilot programsSupport customers during their evaluation phase to ensure a positive first experienceRepresent Iristick at industry conferences and events across EuropeCollaborate with the team to refine our sales approach based on customer feedbackContribute to achieving team sales targets

Your ProfileYou have some B2B sales experience and are eager to grow your career in tech salesYou're genuinely interested in industrial sectors like manufacturing, maintenance, or life sciencesYou're tech-savvy and excited about learning and demonstrating new technologiesYou're a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers

Ideally, you check most of these boxes:2+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or technology sectors are a plus)Understanding of or curiosity about manufacturing, maintenance, or life sciences operationsBachelor or Master degree (any field)Excellent communicator in English with strong relationship-building skillsComfortable with occasional travel within Europe and to the USSelf-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentHungry to develop your sales skills and grow with the company
