NOVATalenta is expanding in Belgium and is looking for a Partner with a strong focus on business development, who is already active in the development of B2B services and keen to evolve in the world of people business, leadership consulting and talent. We are looking for a professional who is driven by business development, comfortable with building relationships with leaders and investors and creating opportunities, within a structured, premium and entrepreneurial environment.
Who we are
NOVATalenta supports executives, entrepreneurs and investors on critical talent-related issues through two complementary areas of expertise:
* Talent Advisory: Structuring and optimising the talent function (acquisition, onboarding, HR governance) by combining expertise, processes and technology, with a strong focus on aligning governance, leadership and operations.
* Talent Solutions: Securing key high-stakes roles: executive search, strategic recruitment and interim management assignments.
As a NOVATalenta Partner, your role is primarily business and relationship-oriented. You are at the heart of business development and act as a valuable connector between your clients\' challenges and NOVATalenta\'s solutions.
Your main mission
* Actively develop a portfolio of clients (SME's, family businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, private equity, M&A players, boards)
* Identify, open up and develop business opportunities around Talent and Leadership challenges
* Understand the challenges of your contacts and translate them into concrete assignments (advisory, search, interim management)
* Be a strategic and credible point of entry for NOVATalenta in your market and through selected business networks
* Be involved in the delivery of assignments, depending on their nature and the Partner\'s affinities.
To do this, you will draw on NOVATalenta\'s structure, credibility, tools, collective expertise and brand to deliver and secure assignments.
This role is designed for professionals who
* are already involved in business development (consulting, B2B services, recruitment, temporary staffing, advisory, finance, transformation, M&A, etc.)
* enjoy building long-term relationships with high-level decision-makers
* have a genuine interest in people, leadership, organisational transformation and talent
* think like an entrepreneur, with a focus on impact and value
* operate through a management company and wish to retain their autonomy
Previous expertise in talent or HR is a plus — not a prerequisite.
