In this role, you arenât just handling calls; you are a lifeline. When a driver is stranded somewhere in Europe, you are the person who coordinates the fix and ensures they get back on the road safely and swiftly.
Choose your team đŁïž
We are currently recruiting for four specialized teams.
* Central team: focus on German & Dutch. (French is a great bonus!)
* Nordic team: focus on Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
* Eastern team: focus on Eastern European languages, specifically Polish & Czech.
Note: As you'll be working in a global environment, a good command of English is required for all roles.
What will you do?
* Take full ownership of international breakdown cases from A to Z
* You are going to be the bridge between drivers, dealers, and technicians to ensure everyone is on the same page
* You use your creative thinking to find solutions when the standard procedure isn't enough
* You are going to work alongside colleagues from all over the world in a high-energy, multicultural office
