Chief Accountant
We are currently seeking a Chief Accountant to join the Shangri-La Kyoto Finance team.
In this role, you will maintain the General Ledger, prepare accurate and timely financial and operating statements, analyze variances and reconcile balance sheet accounts, handle tax and audit procedures, and manage multiple full sets of management accounts, including HFM, headquarters reporting, and IFRS conversions from JGAAP.

Requirements
9. Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese and English
10. Good computer literacy
11. Background or training in accounting
12. University degree in Accounting or Finance (Desirable)
13. At least 5 years of experience in an accounting position
14. Knowledge of Japanese GAAP and tax law
15. 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry (Desirable)
16. Honest and disciplined
17. Neat, systematic, and analytical
18. Strong communication skills

20. Selfmotivated and able to work independently (Desirable)
21. Strong interpersonal skills (Desirable)
22. Ability to work long or irregular hours when necessary

財務会計業務を統括する Chief Accountant を募集します。
総勘定元帳の管理をはじめ、正確かつタイムリーな財務・運営レポートの作成、差異分析および貸借対照表科目の照合作業をご担当いただきます。さらに、税務・監査対応に加え、HFM、本社レポーティング、JGAAP から IFRS への換算など複数の管理会計セットの運用を担っていただきます。

37. 会計関連の職務経験があり、目安として5年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
38. 日本の会計基準（GAAP）および税務知識をお持ちの方
39. ホテル業界での類似した職務経験が2年以上ある方（歓迎）
