Ensure accurate payroll administration for a growing organization. Work within a team of five based in Breda and carry out payroll activities for national, international, and maritime employees.
Test Coordinator
Lead and manage end‑to‑end testing activities across DEME’s digital initiatives. Ensure structured planning, controlled execution, requirement traceability, and high‑quality outcomes across SIT, E2E, UAT, and regression testing. Act as the central coordination point between business, IT, vendors, and key users to ensure smooth delivery and readiness for Go Live.
Vessel Certification & Documentation Coordinator
Manage the lifecycle of vessel certification and documentation for the DEME fleet, ensuring compliance with class and flag state requirements. Coordinate with classification societies and conduct onboard survey activities.
Shared Services Business Partner (SBP)
Act as the primary link between the assigned business unit or functional area and Shared Service Teams. Partner to develop shared services roadmaps, execute service transitions, monitor, report, and improve delivered services. Offer consulting services, participate in projects and initiatives, communicate updates to stakeholders, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and business value.
QHSE‑S Project Advisor
Develop policies and standards for the discipline, analyse risks and opportunities, advise stakeholders, and ensure implementation aligns with laws and regulations. Contribute to QHSE‑S objectives within assigned areas, monitor compliance, advise project management on QHSE‑S matters, promote awareness, and provide feedback to headquarters.
Business Analyst – DEME Concessions
Strengthen the development team and report directly to General Managers. Involved in multidisciplinary projects across ports, marine infrastructure, and offshore wind developments. Detail‑oriented, flexible with frequent travel on a fly‑in/fly‑out basis for short‑term business trips.
Business Development Manager – DEME Concessions
Engage in multidisciplinary, international project development teams, contributing from early concept through to commercial operations. Based at DEME HQ in Belgium with flexibility regarding location and projects, and travel regularly on a fly‑in/fly‑out basis for short‑term international business trips.
Project Controls Engineer
Provide support for projects from contract award to close. Plan work, track overall progress, implement tools and processes, and ensure smooth implementation. Understand core project controls knowledge areas (scheduling, risk management, cost control, project information management) and innovate to improve business processes.
