Your responsibilities Supporting and advising staff and managers on HR-related issues within the production environment Providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, staff support and absence management Managing labour law and administrative HR matters in close coordination with relevant departments Contributing to the further development of HR processes for a manufacturing site Supporting HR management and acting as a stand-in for operational HR matters Your profile A degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, business or social sciences Experience in a people-oriented role, e.g. in HR, social work or consultancy, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and building trusting relationships A sound understanding of employment law and operational HR processes, complemented by an interest in new topics and a willingness to develop your professional skills A structured and pragmatic approach to work, combined with approachability, strong communication skills and a passion for working in a production environment Excellent command of German; knowledge of other languages is welcome
