Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Project Control function. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative, financial, and documentation processes across multiple projects.
The candidate will mainly report to the Business Controller.
* Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
* Start date: At the earliest
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Support the Business Controller with data entry, tracking, and reporting
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, purchase orders, and invoices
* Assist with timesheet verification, expense tracking, and budget follow-up
* Coordinate internal approvals and ensure compliance with company procedures
* Liaise with project managers, finance, and HR to collect and organise information
* Provide general administrative support to the Project Control team
Skills and Experience
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
* Good command of Excel and familiarity with basic financial administration (e.g. invoices, budgets, expenses)
* Experience in an administrative or project support role is an asset
* Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
* Excellent communication skills in English.
