Job Description

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Sales Manager to join the team of our client, a prestigious hotel group operating multiple properties in Antwerp.

The group is expanding its presence in the Belgian market, with plans to open more hotels in the future.

Responsibilities As the Cluster Sales Manager, you will be the commercial department's point of contact for clients, team members, and other hotel departments. You will identify with the product and contribute to the further development of the hotels.

Your key responsibilities include:

* Developing sales objectives and annual plans according to the corporate strategy and translating them into actions.
* Actively prospecting the local and national market and seeking new opportunities.
* Building and maintaining an internal and external network.
* Regularly visiting new and existing clients to maintain relationships.
* Creating visibility by attending in-house events, networking events, trade fairs, and workshops.
* Contributing to exceptional guest service and providing guidance where needed.
* Being an active member of the management team.




Requirements

Profile For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should have the skills to set strategic directions for the sales department at the cluster level. Additionally, the following qualities are important:

* Entrepreneurial and ambitious.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to quickly establish new contacts.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, preferably also in French.
* Possess a driver's license and familiarity with the Antwerp region.
* Mature and professional demeanor.
* Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a desire to meet new people.
