We are seeking a dedicated
Quality Officer Offshore Construction
who is passionate about quality management in complex projects. If you possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to drive quality assurance processes effectively, this opportunity is designed for you.
* You report directly to the Interface & Quality Manager.
* You manage and follow-up on all quality-related topics within the Island package.
* You serve as the point of contact for all quality assurance issues within the package scope, collaborating internally and with the EPC Contractor.
* You implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System and performance.
* You review and challenge quality documentation from the EPC Contractor and Subcontractors.
* You actively participate in internal and external audits.
* You support quality control activities during the delivery phase and follow up on non-conformities and quality risks.
What are we looking for?
* You have a minimum of
5 years of relevant experience
in quality management.
* You possess experience in
major offshore, EPCI, or maritime projects
.
* You have a background in
civil works
.
* You hold a relevant educational qualification,
technical bachelor/master
or equivalent experience.
* You have strong
computer and data skills
.
* You are an excellent communicator.
* You demonstrate a structured, proactive, and precise working style.
* You are a team player who can inspire others regarding quality.
* You are fluent in
English
; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
