This is a senior-level Enterprise Architect position where the person will design, document, and align HR business processes and IT systems using ServiceNow (HR modules) and enterprise architecture tools (like ARIS, TOGAF).
The role is focused on ensuring that the HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, talent management, service desk, etc.) are efficiently supported by ServiceNow and integrated with other enterprise systems.
✅ It’s remote within the EU, but the candidate will collaborate closely with both the internal development team and the client’s IT stakeholders.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Enterprise Architecture Design
* Create blueprints of business processes, information flows, applications, and technology infrastructure.
* Use ARIS (architecture tool) to model these processes and ensure everything fits together logically.
* Documentation & Decision Records
* Write Architectural Decision Records (ADR): formal documentation of technology choices, why they were made, and trade-offs considered.
* HR Process & ServiceNow Implementation
* Design HR business processes (e.g. hiring, onboarding, talent development, service desk).
* Configure and align these processes in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development modules.
* Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
* Act as a bridge between business teams (HR leaders, managers) and technical teams.
* Ensure all sides understand the processes, tools, and integrations.
* System Integration & Standards
* Ensure ServiceNow integrates smoothly with other platforms (APIs, data flows, reusable components).
* Apply standards and frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) to maintain consistency.
🎓 Requirements & Skills
* Experience: 14+ years in IT, with enterprise architecture focus.
* Technical Tools: ARIS for documentation; ServiceNow HR modules (HR Case, Employee Service Center, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development).
* Frameworks: Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman or similar.
* Architecture Skills: Data models, governance, interoperability, cloud platforms, security frameworks.
* Certification: At least one recognized Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF).
* Language: Fluent English (must communicate clearly with stakeholders).
