Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning the purchase and supply of finished goods for resale;
* Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet operational demands;
* Process purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery;
* Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and product movements in SAP;
* Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify cost-reduction opportunities;
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and expedite shipments;
* Perform data entry and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance;
* Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards and regulations;
* Support after-sales operations by tracking product returns and warranty claims;
* Prepare performance metrics and dashboards using available tools to track key supply chain indicators.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
* Proven experience with SAP;
* Advanced Excel proficiency, including expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis;
* Previous experience with Power BI;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Previous experience with international order flow processes.

* Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain processes;
* Knowledge of procurement practices and supplier management;
* Proficiency in data analysis and report generation;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
