Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager at our Wavre office. The Account Manager will identify and pursue sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include actively engaging with prospects, managing accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. The role also involves staying updated with market trends and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in sales, account management, and client relationship building
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients
* Knowledge of IoT, data security, and digital transformation—experience in the tech or ICT industry is a plus
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
