KRKA Belgium is growing! We would like to invite an additional team member to our field force.Join us as a

District Manager for Flemish part of Belgium

Your tasks:

Responsibility for sales development and achieving sales targets in the regionManagement and development of a future-proof sales team (~ 8 employees)Effective planning, coordination and management of all field sales activitiesSecuring and consolidating planned customer contacts; expanding presence in the regionRecruitment and coaching of new field sales employeesCreation and implementation of effective sales strategies; regular market and competition analysesCompliance with target and planning specifications; cost control as budget manager in AustriaOrganization and management of conferences, trade fairs and events

What you bring with you:

Completed degree in human, veterinary, dental medicine, pharmacy or similarSeveral years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales desired; relevant contacts; good knowledge of the generics businessFirst successful management experience as a regional manager or field force manager in a similar positionSales and results-oriented way of working; strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking, driven by performanceTeam motivator, strong communication and organisation skillsFlexibility and a high degree of initiativeGood commend of MS Office; practical knowledge of CRM systemGood written and spoken Dutch and EnglishHigh willingness to travel
