Your role:
As a Trade Marketing Intern (3-6 months), you will play a supporting yet impactful role in bringing our brands to life at the point of sale. Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, Sales teams, and Brand teams, you will help ensure the smooth execution of omnichannel retail activations. This internship is an exciting opportunity to develop a 360° understanding of the trade marketing function in the luxury and medical device industry.
You will gain exposure to brand strategy implementation, shopper experience optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This internship is a great stepping stone for anyone looking to start a career in marketing or trade marketing in an international corporate setting. You'll get hands-on experience while being guided and supported by a passionate team.
Main responsibilities:
1. Support the translation of the annual marketing calendar into concrete omnichannel activation plans (in-store, digital, event-based)
2. Assist in the coordination and deployment of trade tools and promotional materials (e.g., displays, window animations, POSM)
3. Contribute to the creation of presentations and sell-in materials for key launches and animations
4. Help monitor the performance of trade activations using KPIs and sales data
5. Support budget tracking (CAPEX/OPEX) and help manage supplier quotes and purchase orders
6. Benchmark competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for future activations
7. Assist with the organization and logistics of client or sales team events
8. Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, brand, logistics) and external partners (suppliers, agencies)
9. Participate in store visits to assess in-store execution and gather insights
Main requirements:
10. A Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
11. Passion for the luxury goods or healthcare industry and an interest in retail and shopper marketing
12. A curious, proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and take ownership of projects
13. Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
14. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to work collaboratively across teams
15. Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of performance metrics and budget tracking
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
17. Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
18. Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced team
