THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will act as a senior business partner to commercial and country stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping commercial analytics, driving performance visibility, and elevating the maturity of business intelligence across countries.
Responsibilities Of This Role
* Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and insights
* Perform deep-dive analyses and deliver decision-oriented recommendations
* Build, maintain, and own Power BI dashboards for daily and recurring reporting
* Drive country-level analytics, including acquisition and point-of-sale opportunities
* Partner with commercial, regional, and BI stakeholders to align on priorities
* Ensure consistency, quality, and clarity of reporting and insights
* Support and mentor junior analysts within the BI team
Key Requirements
* Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data, Analytics, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, BI, or commercial analytics
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory)
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
* Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
* Experience in commercial operations, consultancy, or multinational environments
* Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
