Head of Controlling – Antwerp
I am currently supporting an international company based in Antwerp in the search for a Head of Controlling to join their finance leadership team.
This position offers a strong mix of strategic responsibility and operational involvement, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and a key role in supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the controlling function and team
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysis
* Act as a business partner to senior leadership across departments
* Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and data quality
* Support strategic decision-making through clear financial insights
Profile:
* 7–11 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis
* Strong analytical and business partnering skills
* Prior experience in team leadership or coordination
* Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
* Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
* Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach
