We are looking for a customer-focused, driven Sales Professional with a positive, can-do attitude. The individual who will succeed in this role loves winning and has the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities to win new customers & projects for KONE. Working in a customer oriented and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients across East & West Flanders - Belgium, spending a large portion of your time out in the field developing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth within our New Elevator Installation business.

What will you be doing?

1. Reporting to the Sales Manager New Business Solutions (NBS) Major Projects France, Belgium and Luxembourg
2. Have the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive manner
3. Understand the customer needs to capitalize on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts to meet sales and pricing targets
4. Find customer needs and designs solution to meet them. You can request technical know-how from Technical sales support in tendering phase in non-standard cases
5. Perform administrative tasks and updating all records in a timely and accurate manner
6. Estimate tendering and quoting of small and large project submissions and actively follow up
7. Ensure the contents of customer orders received are in line with KONE negotiation process, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
8. You are responsible for a timely and accurate reporting on the sales targets and funnel

Are you the one?

9. You are fluent in Dutch and have a working level of English
10. You are legally entitled to work in Belgium
11. A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
12. 3-6 years of experience in the same or relevant industries
13. Bachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant field
14. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
15. Highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team
