HITE Europe is incorporated in Kortrijk, Belgium, we are the European subsidiary of Hite Group, leading electric system provider and BESS manufacturer based in Eastern China.

We are dedicated to provided reliable, and environmentally friendly solutions to help our customer to move forward on the electrification and optimization of energy cost and efficiency.

We believe the BESS is at center piece of an evolving ecosystem, where key players shall work together to deliver the best result (better electrical usage environment, better energy efficiency). Therefore, a local service team is essential to accompany and adapt to this evolving ecosystem.

We provide an online platform to monitor our equipment at 24/7 basis and have a service team ready to solve all technical issues within 24 hours either remotely or through on-site intervention.

We help our business partners by keeping a local stock in Belgium to reduce their financing burdens and project risks.

We are constantly upgrading our offer according to the market needs and problems that customers are facing.

We continuously pursue safety, improve product quality and performance through technological research and innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Partner based in Kortrijk, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Business Development Partner will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving company growth. Responsibilities include providing strategic consulting, delivering leadership development and training programs, managing projects, and actively engaging in sales activities. The role involves collaborating with teams and clients to achieve business objectives and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

* Strong expertise in Leadership
* Proficiency in Project Management and Consulting
* Experience and skills in Sales and client relationship management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Prior experience in business development or electrical field is highly valued
* Knowledge of the European market or previous experience in an international environment is advantageous
