Context
Our retail department is growing steadily. To support this growth, we are looking for a specialist in onboarding. You will join a team of enthusiastic employees who administratively support the sales acquisition & client‑management team.
What are your tasks?
* Credit‑risk assessment
when the decision cannot be automated, respecting each entity's delegation and escalation rules.
* Gather all data for credit control and fraud prevention to start credit control when the process is not automated.
* Perform credit‑risk and fraud‑prevention analyses manually and provide business decisions.
* Record the credit‑risk decision (approval, refusal, to be analysed) in PRC or in CLS (if no PRC) and, when needed, communicate with the franchisee/customer/prospect.
* Delegate the decision to LoD2 according to the entity's delegation rules.
* Inform the OPC in case of fraud detection.
* Collect missing data or documents.
* When an automatic refusal is revised, propose an alternative to the prospect together with the franchisee and in line with the established credit‑risk criteria.
* Delete data after a credit refusal, following the data‑retention policy.
* ID‑verification and e‑signature
tasks when not automated.
* KYC analysis
: start the analysis and update the system for low, medium‑high, or high‑risk scenarios.
* Analyse hits according to the KYC policy rules.
* Escalate the decision to LoD2 per KYC policy.
* Update CLS with the KYC decision when not automated.
* KYC assessment
when the decision cannot be automated and KYC is not outsourced, adhering to escalation rules.
Administrative tasks
* Verify that all documents are available to assess the prospect profile.
* Store the documents.
* Collect missing documents from franchisees and prospects.
* Check document compliance.
Convert prospect to customer in CLS
* Verify coherence and authenticity of documents.
* Archive validated documents.
* Notify the OPC in case of fraud detection.
* Delete invalid documents.
* Convert the prospect to a customer in CLS.
Activities during contract term / BCP
* On renewal, recontracting or upselling, restart the customer assessment and carry out the required onboarding steps.
What are your strengths?
* Experience and knowledge in credit and risk analysis.
* Enjoy collaborating and optimising interaction between colleagues and the sales team.
* Precise, detail‑oriented; quickly spot errors and take corrective actions.
* Strong planning and organising skills to meet deadlines.
* Adaptable to changing needs and able to set priorities.
* Good command of Dutch and French.
