We are looking for an L2/L3 Support Engineer to strengthen an international IT team and ensure smooth operations across cloud and infrastructure services.
Function description
Provide second- and third-line support for Azure & M365.
Analyse, prioritise and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot and support issues related to:
Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
Windows Server (migrations & updates)
Basic networking (VPN, Firewall, switching)
Printing and data reporting issues
Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell.
Collaborate on projects (migrations, ITIL processes, security testing).
Work proactively to improve processes and prevent incidents.
Profile description
5+ years of IT support experience, including 2-3 years on L2/L3 level.
Strong knowledge of Azure & Microsoft 365.
Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory.
Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus).
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
