* Analyse product and process differences of source system vs target in the context life insurance policies migration
* Define associated requirements and formalize them according to defined quality standards.
* Ensure understanding between the business and IT.
**Testing**- Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
**Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams.
* Ensure effective collaboration with numerous stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) Proven successful experience as a Business Analyst.
* Strong commitment to project quality and deadlines. Familiar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
* Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
* Effective communication with all audiences (actuaries, IT experts, management, etc.).
