1. Source candidates for Belgium
2. Use job boards, social media, application reviews, and other methods
3. Develop an effective recruitment strategy
4. Build a strong and high-quality social network for potential candidates
5. Select and implement the most efficient recruitment tools
6. Screen candidates and lead initial interviews
7. Provide feedback to candidates after discussions with hiring managers
8. Work with HR colleague to handle contract set-up and onboarding
9. Monitor recruitment activities and prepare reports to ensure efficiency
10. Focus on candidate experience and maintain positive relationships
11. Collaborate with marketing and communication department to improve company's visibility to potential candidates
12. Fluent in French+Dutch and English is a plus
13. Already an experience as recruiter
14. Good knowledge of MS Office
15. Passionate of recruitment and people
